• Fasting sessions and history

...is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, Fastinger may:

• Write your completed fasting sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes

This data exchange happens directly between Fastinger and Apple Health on your device. We never see or access this information.

No Account Required

Fastinger does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with any service. You can use all features without providing any personal information.

No Ads, No Tracking

Fastinger is completely free of advertisements and tracking. We do not partner with any advertising networks or data brokers.

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• iOS device encryption
• On-device storage only
• No network transmission of personal data

Children's Privacy

Fastinger is not directed at children under 13. The app does not collect any information from anyone, including children.
